Classic cheeseburger with robust slices of cheese with a spicy taste

Ingredients:
- 4 beef hamburgers
- 4 sesame seed hamburger buns
- 4 ERU Prestige Smokin’ Hot Slices
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 125 ml water
- 125 ml white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cucumber
- 80 grams arugula
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- Put the sliced red onion into a jar.
- Heat the water with vinegar and sugar until it boils and the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the boiling mixture over the pickled red onions, close the jar, and let it cool. After a little hour, you can use the red onion.
- Slice the cucumber into thin slices.
Method
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush with some olive oil.
- Season the hamburger with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the hamburger on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side for a medium-rare burger.
- Add ERU Prestige Smokin' Hot Slices to the burger in the last minute to melt.
- Meanwhile, cut the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast the insides on the grill until they are crispy.
- Assemble the sandwich with arugula, pickled red onion, the cheeseburger, 3 to 4 slices of cucumber, and top with some more pickled red onion. Place the bun on top and serve.
