- 240 grams fresh salmon
- 1 shallot
- 25 grams gherkin
- 10 grams fresh chives
- 80 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
- Olive oil
- 10 grams frisée
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
- Very finely chop the salmon.
- Finely chop the shallot.
- Dice the gherkin and finely slice the chives.
- Spoon ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light into a small piping bag.
Method
- Mix the salmon with onion, chives, gherkin and a little olive oil.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Fill the glasses with the salmon tartar, pipe several dots of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light.
- Garnish with frisée leaves.
