Recipe with: ERU Cheese Spread Light

Chicken burger with Gouda cheese and mango chutney

A fresh sweet burger is not served everywhere. Be different and surprise your guests this summer with this delicious burger of minced chicken with a creamy Gouda cheese spread and a sweet mango chutney.

Ingredients:

  • 4 brioche buns
  • ½ mango
  • 15 grams sugar
  • 50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 chicken burgers
  • 100 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
  • 20 grams iceberg lettuce

Preparation

  • Bake the brioche buns.
  • Peel and finely chop the mango.
  • Put the diced mango into a pan with the sugar and vinegar and leave to simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  • Leave the mango chutney to chill in the fridge.
  • Slice the tomato.

Method

  • Grill the chicken burgers until golden.
  • Richly spread the brioche buns with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light.
  • Top with the grilled chicken burger and a spoonful of the fresh sweet mango chutney.
  • Garnish the burger with a slice of tomato and iceberg lettuce.
