Chicken burger with Gouda cheese and mango chutney
A fresh sweet burger is not served everywhere. Be different and surprise your guests this summer with this delicious burger of minced chicken with a creamy Gouda cheese spread and a sweet mango chutney.
Ingredients:
- 4 brioche buns
- ½ mango
- 15 grams sugar
- 50 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tomato
- 4 chicken burgers
- 100 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
- 20 grams iceberg lettuce

Preparation
- Bake the brioche buns.
- Peel and finely chop the mango.
- Put the diced mango into a pan with the sugar and vinegar and leave to simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Leave the mango chutney to chill in the fridge.
- Slice the tomato.
Method
- Grill the chicken burgers until golden.
- Richly spread the brioche buns with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light.
- Top with the grilled chicken burger and a spoonful of the fresh sweet mango chutney.
- Garnish the burger with a slice of tomato and iceberg lettuce.
