Recipe with: ERU Cheese Spread Light

Luxurious brown roll with thinly sliced pastrami and soft Gouda cheese

This luxurious brown roll is generously topped with thinly sliced beef pastrami.
The cured meat tops a generous layer of creamy ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light and is garnished with toasted hazelnuts. Also delicious on a white roll.

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 60 grams hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hard brown rolls
  • 200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
  • 220 grams thinly sliced pastrami

Preparation

  • Finely crush the garlic.
  • Mix the hazelnuts with the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Toast the mixture in the oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees until golden brown.
  • Finely chop the cooled hazelnuts.

Method

  • Bake the brown rolls.
  • Generously spread with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light.
  • Top the rolls with the thinly sliced pastrami.
  • Garnish with the hazelnuts and serve.
