Ingredients:

  • 4 wholemeal petit pains
  • 15 grams pine nuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 16 slices smoked beef
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 120 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
  • Fresh raspberries

Preparation

  • Bake the petit pains.
  • Toast the pine nuts until golden brown and season with salt.
  • Halve the avocado, remove the stone, peel and dice into cubes.

  • Top with overlapping slices of smoked meat.
  • Garnish the petit pain with the avocado, raspberries and pine nuts.
