Ingredients:
- 4 wholemeal petit pains
- 15 grams pine nuts
- Salt to taste
- 16 slices smoked beef
- 1 ripe avocado
- 120 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
- Fresh raspberries

Preparation
- Bake the petit pains.
- Toast the pine nuts until golden brown and season with salt.
- Halve the avocado, remove the stone, peel and dice into cubes.
Method
