- 4 breadcrumbed white fish burgers
- 20 grams fresh spinach
- 1 spring onion
- 4 hamburger buns

Preparation
- Wash the spinach.
- Thinly slice the spring onion.
Method
- Fry the white fish burgers over a high heat until cooked.
- Slice open the hamburger buns.

- Place the white fish burgers on the buns.
- Top with the fresh spinach and spring onions.
- Place the top of the hamburger bun on top and serve.
