Creamy lasagne with Gouda cheese and minced beef

Ingredients:
- 1 courgette
- 1 aubergine
- 300 grams lasagne sheets
- 500 grams minced beef
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 800 grams tomato sauce
- 300 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda
- 200 ml milk

Preparation
- Dice the courgette and aubergine in medium pieces.
- Fry the mince in a large pan.
- Add the vegetables and herbs and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Mix ERU Cheese Spread Gouda with milk.
- Put the lasagne together in a casserole in the order: tomato sauce, pasta sheets and cheese sauce.
- Repeat this about 3 times, ending with cheese sauce so that it will brown in the oven.
Method
- Bake the lasagne in the oven in around 40 minutes at 160 °C.
