Casserole of chicken thighs in a creamy cheese-garlic sauce

Ingredients:
- ½ red pepper
- 5 chestnut mushrooms
- 200 grams chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 grams fresh rosemary
- 35 ml cream
- 45 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda
- 20 ml olive oil
- 30 grams sliced bacon
- Olive oil

Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Wash and roughly chop the pepper.
- Clean and slice the chestnut mushrooms.
- Halve the chicken thighs and rub with salt and pepper.
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Finely chop the rosemary.
Method
- Put the cream in a casserole with garlic, ERU Cheese Spread Gouda and mix with olive oil. Stir until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken thighs.
- Add the chicken thighs to the garlic-cheese sauce.
- Add the mushrooms, pepper, rosemary and bacon and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
- Remove the foil and serve immediately.
