BLT Sandwich with grilled corn-fed chicken and melted aged cheese

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of dark sourdough bread
- Olive oil
- 8 slices smoked bacon
- 2 chicken breasts
- 120 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 40 grams lamb’s lettuce

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Grill the bread.
- Add some olive oil to the pan and fry the bacon until crispy.
- Quickly grill the chicken breasts and then bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Method
- Slice the chicken breasts diagonally.
- Spread a slice of bread with the ERU Cheese Spread Extra Aged.
- Top the bread with the tomato and then the chicken breast.
- Cover with the second slice of bread and serve.
