Ingredients:
- 400 grams chicken thighs
- 150 grams iceberg lettuce
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon gyros spices
- 200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged
- 300 grams fries
- 10 grams sambal

Preparation
- Slice the chicken thighs into strips.
- Finely slice the iceberg lettuce.
Method
- Heat a little olive oil and fry the chicken.
- Add the gyros spices and cook briefly.
- Add ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged and allow to melt around the chicken.
- Cook the fries and spoon into the bottom of the dish.
- Arrange the chicken over the fries.
- Cover the chicken with the sliced lettuce.
- Top with sambal and serve.
