Pulled pork sandwich with melted extra aged cheese and coleslaw


Serve this delicious pulled pork sandwich for lunch or to-go. The sweet maple syrup contrasts nicely with the strong flavour of the melted extra aged cheese. Garnish with the fresh coleslaw salad.
Ingredients:
- 120 grams sliced white cabbage
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon full fat yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 grams ready-made pulled pork
- 4 dark sourdough rolls
- 120 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation
- Mix the white cabbage with the mayonnaise, yoghurt and crushed garlic.
- Pull the pulled pork apart and heat in the oven for around 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Method
- Cut open the rolls and spread generously with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged.
- Divide the pulled pork over the rolls.
- Pour the maple syrup over the pulled pork.
- Add the coleslaw, close the roll and serve.
