Luxurious brown roll with thinly sliced pastrami and soft Gouda cheese
            
              This luxurious brown roll is generously topped with thinly sliced beef pastrami.
The cured meat tops a generous layer of creamy ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light and is garnished with toasted hazelnuts. Also delicious on a white roll.
Ingredients:
- 1 garlic clove
 - 60 grams hazelnuts
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 hard brown rolls
 - 200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
 - 220 grams thinly sliced pastrami

Preparation
- Finely crush the garlic.
 - Mix the hazelnuts with the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
 - Toast the mixture in the oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees until golden brown.
 - Finely chop the cooled hazelnuts.
 
Method
- Bake the brown rolls.
 - Generously spread with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light.
 - Top the rolls with the thinly sliced pastrami.
 - Garnish with the hazelnuts and serve.
