Turkey roll with a Moroccan filling and melted brie
With these filled turkey rolls, you will be serving a festive meat dish. The turkey is filled with a spicy Moroccan filling. The mixed nuts give a delicious bite, while the apricots add sweetness. When it’s time for the moment supreme and you slice the roll, the melted brie slowly flows out.
Ingredients:
5 dried apricots
20 grams mixed nuts
1 garlic clove
1.5 teaspoon ras el hanout spices
1 turkey schnitzel (not breadcrumbed)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
25 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
10 grams honey
Olive oil
Cocktail sticks or string

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Put the apricots with the nuts, garlic and ras el hanout spices in a food processor and blend until it forms a sticky ball.
Season the turkey schnitzel on both sides with salt and pepper. Place a thin strip of the apricot filling in the middle of the schnitzel.
Top with a layer of ERU Cheese Spread Brie and roll up firmly.
Secure the roll with a cocktail stick or string.
Method
Put some olive oil in an oven dish and place the turkey roll in it.
Spread a thin layer of honey over the meat and cook in the oven for around 20 minutes.
Remove the cocktail sticks or string and serve immediately.
