Recipe with: ERU Cheese Spread Brie

Tropical burger with brie and peach

Best burger in town: this delicious burger with a tropical tint. These rustic hamburger buns are topped with a grilled veal burger, lettuce, tomato, peaches and deliciously creamy brie. The ultimate burger on a summer menu.

Ingredients:

  • 4 minced veal burgers (150 grams each)
  • 4 rustic hamburger buns
  • 200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
  • 150 grams peaches
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes

Preparation

  • Tear the lettuce leaves into big pieces.
  • Cut the peach into wedges.
  • Slice the tomatoes.

Method

  • Grill the veal burger under a grill or in a grill pan.
  • Toast the bun under the grill on the cut side for 1 minute.
  • Generously spread the bun with the ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
  • Place the grilled veal burger on the buns, followed by the lettuce, peach and tomato slices
  • Add a bit more ERU Cheese Spread Brie to the garnish.
  • Cover with the other half of the bun.
