Ingredients:

  • 350 grams ham
  • 1 leek
  • 100 grams mayonnaise
  • 150 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
  • 50 grams parsley
  • 1 butterhead lettuce
  • 4 Italian bread rolls

Preparation

  • Dice the ham into medium cubes.
  • Halve the leek, slice into half rings and wash well.
  • Mix the leek with the ham, mayonnaise and ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
  • Finely chop the parsley and mix half through the salad.
  • Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.

Method

  • Slice open the Italian rolls.
  • Divide the ham-leek salad over the rolls.
  • Top with the lettuce and garnish with the rest of the parsley.
