Ingredients:
- 350 grams ham
- 1 leek
- 100 grams mayonnaise
- 150 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
- 50 grams parsley
- 1 butterhead lettuce
- 4 Italian bread rolls

Preparation
- Dice the ham into medium cubes.
- Halve the leek, slice into half rings and wash well.
- Mix the leek with the ham, mayonnaise and ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
- Finely chop the parsley and mix half through the salad.
- Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
Method
- Slice open the Italian rolls.
- Divide the ham-leek salad over the rolls.
- Top with the lettuce and garnish with the rest of the parsley.
