Recipe with: ERU Cheese Spread Bleu

Sandwich with melted Roquefort, grilled chicken, carrot and cress

Add extra flavour to this grilled chicken sandwich with our soft, melted Roquefort. In combination with the cheese, the carrot and cress add a fresh touch and a nice colour contrast when serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 baguettes
  • 150 grams ERU Cheese Spread Bleu
  • 1 tub cress

Add extra flavour to this grilled chicken sandwich with our soft, melted Roquefort. In combination with the cheese, the carrot and cress add a fresh touch and a nice colour contrast when serving.

Preparation

  • Fry the chicken breasts in a hot grill pan for around 3 minutes.
  • Place the chicken breasts in an oven dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken in the oven for around 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Peel and thinly slice the carrots.
  • Blanche the carrots.

Method

  • Slice open the baguettes and spread with ERU Cheese Spread Bleu.
  • Slice the chicken and divide over the baguette.
  • Divide the carrots over the chicken.
  • Garnish with cress.
