French burger with melted Roquefort
A real French burger always raises your guests’ expectations. These hamburger buns are topped with a tender beefburger, frisée, sun-dried tomatoes and melted Roquefort, which is sure to meet their expectations.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams frisée, combined with fresh chervil and flat-leaf parsley
- 120 grams sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 x 150 grams beefburgers
- 1 teaspoon French herbs
- 4 rustic hamburger buns
- 200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Bleu

Preparation
- Wash the mix of frisée leaves, fresh chervil and flat-leaf parsley.
- Finely slice the sun-dried tomatoes.
Method
- Season the beefburgers with French herbs and grill the burgers.
- Toast the bun on the cut side for 1 minute.
- Generously spread with the ERU Cheese Spread Bleu.
- Place the grilled burgers on the buns, followed by the herb salad and finely sliced sun-dried tomatoes.
- Spread the top of the bun with a layer of ERU Cheese Spread Bleu.
- Place the top back on the bun.
