Recipe with: ERU Cheese Spread Bleu

French burger with melted Roquefort

A real French burger always raises your guests’ expectations. These hamburger buns are topped with a tender beefburger, frisée, sun-dried tomatoes and melted Roquefort, which is sure to meet their expectations.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams frisée, combined with fresh chervil and flat-leaf parsley
  • 120 grams sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 x 150 grams beefburgers
  • 1 teaspoon French herbs
  • 4 rustic hamburger buns
  • 200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Bleu

Preparation

  • Wash the mix of frisée leaves, fresh chervil and flat-leaf parsley.
  • Finely slice the sun-dried tomatoes.

Method

  • Season the beefburgers with French herbs and grill the burgers.
  • Toast the bun on the cut side for 1 minute.
  • Generously spread with the ERU Cheese Spread Bleu.
  • Place the grilled burgers on the buns, followed by the herb salad and finely sliced sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Spread the top of the bun with a layer of ERU Cheese Spread Bleu.
  • Place the top back on the bun.
