Italian roll with home-made ham-leek salad and brie

Ingredients:
350 grams ham
1 leek
100 grams mayonnaise
150 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
50 grams parsley
1 butterhead lettuce
4 Italian bread rolls

Preparation
Dice the ham into medium cubes.
Halve the leek, slice into half rings and wash well.
Mix the leek with the ham, mayonnaise and ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
Finely chop the parsley and mix half through the salad.
Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
Method
Slice open the Italian rolls.
Divide the ham-leek salad over the rolls.
Top with the lettuce and garnish with the rest of the parsley.
