Recipe with: ERU Cheese Spread Brie
Turkey roll with a Moroccan filling and melted brie
With these filled turkey rolls, you will be serving a festive meat dish. The turkey is filled with a spicy Moroccan filling. The mixed nuts give a delicious bite, while the apricots add sweetness. When it’s time for the moment supreme and you slice the roll, the melted brie slowly flows out.
Ingredients:
- 5 dried apricots
- 20 grams mixed nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1.5 teaspoon ras el hanout spices
- 1 turkey schnitzel (not breadcrumbed)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 25 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
- 10 grams honey
- Olive oil
- Cocktail sticks or string

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Put the apricots with the nuts, garlic and ras el hanout spices in a food processor and blend until it forms a sticky ball.
- Season the turkey schnitzel on both sides with salt and pepper. Place a thin strip of the apricot filling in the middle of the schnitzel.
- Top with a layer of ERU Cheese Spread Brie and roll up firmly.
- Secure the roll with a cocktail stick or string.
Method
- Put some olive oil in an oven dish and place the turkey roll in it.
- Spread a thin layer of honey over the meat and cook in the oven for around 20 minutes.
- Remove the cocktail sticks or string and serve immediately.
