Ingredients:
1 panini
30 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
2 slices ham
1 courgette (approx. 4 cm)
1 tomato
4 black olives

Preparation
Slice open the panini.
Wash the courgette and slice thinly. Grill for a few minutes in a grill pan.
Slice the tomato.
Slice the olives into rings.
Heat the panini maker.
Method
Generously spread both halves of the panini with the ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
Arrange 2 slices of ham over the panini.
Top with the grilled courgette, tomato and olive rings.
Top with the other half of the panini.
Grill the panini for around 5 minutes in the panini maker.
