Surprise your guests with this delicious Greek burger with minced lamb, green olives and red onion. The soft, creamy flavour of the melted goat’s cheese is a perfect combination with the bitterness of the green olives.
Ingredients:
4 Cos lettuce leaves
80 grams red onion
60 grams green olives
2 tomatoes
4 minced lamb burgers (150 grams each)
4 rustic hamburger buns
200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Chèvre

Preparation
Roughly tear the lettuce leaves.
Slice the red onion and olives into rings.
Slice the tomato.
Method
Grill the lamb burgers.
Slice open the buns and toast on the grill for 1 minute.
Spread the roll with the ERU Cheese Spread Chèvre.
Place the grilled lamb burgers on the buns, followed by the lettuce, onion rings and tomato.
Add some extra ERU Cheese Spread Chèvre to the garnish.
Place the top of the hamburger bun on top and serve.
