Ingredients:
1 courgette
1 broccoli
200 grams fusilli
Olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
100 ml cream
200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie

Add a mild, creamy brie sauce to this delicious fusilli dish with broccoli florets, diced courgette and fresh herbs. Offer this meal as a ready-made dish or serve it directly to your guests!
Preparation
Dice the courgettes into medium cubes.
Use a sharp knife to separate the florets from the broccoli.
Method
Cook the fusilli and drain.
Heat a little olive oil in a big pan and fry the courgette and broccoli for around 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the cream and add ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
Mix the fusilli with the ERU Cheese Spread Brie sauce.
Add the vegetables to the pasta, mix well and garnish with fresh herbs.
