Ingredients:
2 brown baguettes
200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Brie
250 grams fricandeau, sliced
120 grams grove olive tapenade
50 grams rocket

Preparation
Slice open the baguettes and spread with ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
Top with rocket and fricandeau.
Spread the olive tapenade over the top.
Place the top of the baguettes back on, cut into two and serve immediately.
