Mini hotdogs with cheese sauce


A simple (side) dish that you can serve in various ways. The Gouda cheese spread provides a surprising twist and leaves you wanting more. Serve the mini hotdogs to accompany soup, as a lunch snack or with drinks.
Ingredients:
- 4 wholegrain petit pains
- 2 hotdogs
- 80 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda
- 30 grams ketchup
- 10 grams fried onions

Preparation
- Bake the petit pains.
- Heat the hotdogs in their own liquid and halve the hotdogs.
- Spoon the ERU Cheese Spread Gouda into a piping bag.
Method
- Remove the top of the petit pains and squeeze in the ketchup.
- Put the halved hotdogs in the petits pains and pipe ERU Cheese Spread Gouda over the top.
- Garnish with fried onions.
