Toasted sandwich with pastrami, grilled vegetables and extra aged cheese
Add variety to your menu with this luxurious toasted sandwich with slices of pastrami, grilled vegetables and extra aged cheese. The fresh vegetables contrast nicely with the creamy cheese spread. The extra aged cheese has ripened for at least 24 months and gives everything an extra strong flavour.
Preparation
- Grill the vegetables on both sides.
- Spread the slices of bread with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged.
- Top 4 slices with the pastrami.
- Divide the grilled vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes over the pastrami.
- Cover with the other 4 slices of bread.
- Brush the top and bottom of the toasted sandwich with the remaining oil.
- Place the toasted sandwich under a grill for around 5 minutes.
- Cut the toasted sandwich diagonally and serve.
