Spicy petit pain with mexicano, sweet corn, beans and Gouda cheese
A fresh Mexican-style petit pain. This spicy petit pain with a mexicano, sweet corn, beans and Gouda cheese puts fiësta on your menu.
Preparation
- Halve the petit pains and spread the bottom half with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda.
- Place the Carrero on the petit pain.
- Arrange the chopped onion, sweet corn and black beans over the petit pain.
- Pipe dots of BBQ sauce on the Carrero.
- Pipe a zigzag of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda over the top.
- Garnish the petit pain with parsley.
