Spicy petit pain with mexicano, sweet corn, beans and Gouda cheese

A fresh Mexican-style petit pain. This spicy petit pain with a mexicano, sweet corn, beans and Gouda cheese puts fiësta on your menu.

Preparation

  • Halve the petit pains and spread the bottom half with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda.
  • Place the Carrero on the petit pain.
  • Arrange the chopped onion, sweet corn and black beans over the petit pain.
  • Pipe dots of BBQ sauce on the Carrero.
  • Pipe a zigzag of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda over the top.
  • Garnish the petit pain with parsley.
