Spicy chicken sandwich with Gouda cheese and pickled cucumber
Add spice to your lunch menu with this spicy chicken sandwich with Gouda cheese and pickled cucumber. The full creamy flavour of the melted Gouda cheese brings balance to this spicy sandwich.
Preparation
- Slice open the baguettes and spread both sides with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda.
- Fry the chicken thighs.
- Add the ketjap and heat for around 1 minute.
- Arrange the spicy chicken over the bottom half of the baguette.
- Top with pickled cucumber and garnish with chervil.

- ¼ cucumber
- 400 grams chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 20 grams sambal badjak
- 2 brown baguettes
- 200 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda
- 60 ml ketjap manis
- 8 sprigs of chervil
