Pulled pork sandwich with melted extra aged cheese and coleslaw

Serve this delicious pulled pork sandwich for lunch or to-go. The sweet maple syrup contrasts nicely with the strong flavour of the melted extra aged cheese. Garnish with the fresh coleslaw salad.

Preparation

  • Cut open the rolls and spread generously with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged.
  • Divide the pulled pork over the rolls.
  • Pour the maple syrup over the pulled pork.
  • Add the coleslaw, close the roll and serve.

  • 4 dark sourdough rolls

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
