Petit pain with home-made tuna salad and Gouda cheese

Serve your guests this delicious sandwich with home-made tuna salad on top of our creamy cheese spread. The Gouda cheese spread not only gives your tuna salad a delicious flavour, it also gives it a lovely creamy texture.

Preparation

  • Slice open the petits pains and divide the lettuce leaves over the bottom halves.
  • Generously spread the tuna salad over the lettuce.
  • Garnish with the red onion rings and the chives.
  • Pipe the remaining ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light over the tuna salad as a topping.
  • To serve, place the top of the petit pain diagonally against the bottom.

  • 1 tablespoon yogurt mayonnaise

  • 5 grams chives
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 head of lettuce
