Petit pain topped with hot ham and melted Gouda cheese

Serve your guests this herb petit pain with soft hot ham and Gouda cheese. The easily spreadable ERU Cheese Spread Gouda melts quickly, giving a full creamy flavour to your ham sandwich.

Preparation

  • Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the ham for 10 seconds on each side.
  • Generously spread the petit pains with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda.
  • Top each petit pain with 2 slices of fried ham.
  • Arrange the salad leaves on the petit pains.

  • 25 grams mesclun leaves

  • 100 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda
  • 160 grams ham (around 8 slices)
  • 8 sprigs of chervil
