Japanese Udon noodles with poached cod in a creamy cheese sauce
Introduce your guests to these Japanese Udon noodles with sesame oil and pak choi. Add poached cod and a creamy cheese sauce which deliciously complements the dish.
Preparation
- Fry the pak choi in the sunflower oil and add the Udon noodles.
- When the noodles are hot, add the ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light and heat for another 2 minutes.
- Arrange the noodles over 4 plates.
- Place the poached fish next to the noodles.
- Garnish with the toasted sesame seeds.
