Home-made hamburger with aged cheese
Serve your guests this home-made hamburger with bacon, pepper, salanova lettuce, red onion and melted aged cheese. The addition of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged adds a strong flavour.
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the hamburger.
- Toast the cut side of the bun on the grill for 1 minute.
- Place the lettuce leaves on the bun, followed by the pepper, bacon and finally the hamburger.
- Top with the fried onion.
- Put ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged on the hamburger.
- Place the top of the hamburger bun on top and serve.

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 hamburger bun
- 35 grams ERU Cheese Spread Extra Aged
- Salt and pepper to taste
