Cucumber maki with a Gouda cheese topping

Sushi is now one of the most popular international dishes. With this cucumber maki with a topping of melted Gouda cheese, you can offer variety on your menu.

Preparation

  • Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.
  • Put some rice on the nori sheet and make a layer of rice up to half of the sheet.
  • Place a cucumber stick in the middle of the rice.
  • Pipe ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light along the length of the cucumber.
  • Use the sushi mat to roll the nori sheet up into a tube.
  • Cut the sushi roll into 6 pieces, garnish the sushi with a dot of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light and a Shiso Purple leaf.
