Surprise fish lovers and serve this club sandwich with salmon, crayfish, halibut and Gouda cheese spread light. The three types of fish in combination with the creamy Gouda cheese provide a surprising twist.
Preparation
- Spread 8 slices with ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light.
- Top 4 of the slices with the salmon and the other 4 with smoked halibut.
- Arrange the crayfish tails and the lamb’s lettuce over the salmon and smoked halibut.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stack the bread with the smoked halibut topping on the slices topped with the salmon.
- Cover each stack with the remaining bread.
- Secure the sandwich with a cocktail stick.
