Appetiser of smoked chicken, cucumber and Gouda cheese
Surprise your guests during their aperitif with this refreshing appetiser. Season the smoked chicken and cucumber with chives and a dressing of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light. Ideal on a summer’s day.
Preparation
- Meanwhile heat ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light with the cream over a low heat until smooth.
- Add the white wine vinegar and pepper.
- Mix the dressing through the smoked chicken and season with extra salt and pepper.
- Fill the lettuce boats with the chicken salad and serve immediately.
