Farm fries with pulled pork and extra aged Gouda cheese
Make an impression on your guests with these delicious farm fries with soft pulled pork and a sauce of aged Gouda cheese. The cheese sauce gives this portion of fries a strong flavour. Serve as a side dish or as a delicious snack.
Preparation
- Remove the meat from the oven and pull it apart with 2 forks.
- Remove the fries from the oven and put on a plate. Arrange the pulled pork over the fries.
- Mix ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Extra Aged with the cream and drizzle over the fries.
- Garnish with the spring onion.

- 150 ml chicken stock
- 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 100 ml bbq sauce
