Creamy mustard soup topped with Gouda cheese, ham and chives

Serve your guest an amazing mustard soup with creamy Gouda cheese, fried ham and chives. The addition of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda gives the soup an interesting and full flavour.

  • Put the stock, cream and mustard in a pan and bring to the boil.
  • Stir ERU Cheese Spread Gouda into the soup and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the soup in 4 bowls.
