Pasta primavera with salmon and Gouda cheese sauce
During spring, or primavera in Italian, pasta primavera is a must on your menu. Our light Gouda cheese spread adds a creamy element, while the cheese contrasts nicely with the green vegetables and the salmon.
Preparation
- Blanche the asparagus tips.
- Cook the pasta al dente and drain.
- Meanwhile fry the courgette and spring onion in a little olive oil.
- Heat the cream and mix in the ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light, add the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the sauce through the pasta and stir in the vegetables.
- Add the smoked salmon and serve immediately.
