Tropical burger with brie and peach
Best burger in town: this delicious burger with a tropical tint. These rustic hamburger buns are topped with a grilled veal burger, lettuce, tomato, peaches and deliciously creamy brie. The ultimate burger on a summer menu.
Preparation
- Grill the veal burger under a grill or in a grill pan.
- Toast the bun under the grill on the cut side for 1 minute.
- Generously spread the bun with the ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
- Place the grilled veal burger on the buns, followed by the lettuce, peach and tomato slices
- Add a bit more ERU Cheese Spread Brie to the garnish.
- Cover with the other half of the bun.
