Tagliatelle with chicken, chestnut mushrooms and Parmesan

The secret of this pasta? A delicious sauce with melted Parmesan. Add chicken slices and chestnut mushrooms to the tagliatelle and this pasta dish will surprise your guests!

Preparation

  • Cook the tagliatelle al dente.
  • Meanwhile fry the chicken breast in a little olive oil until golden brown.
  • Add the chestnut mushrooms and garlic.
  • Heat the cream, stir in the ERU Cheese Spread with Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the sauce through the tagliatelle.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
