Tagliatelle with chicken, chestnut mushrooms and Parmesan
The secret of this pasta? A delicious sauce with melted Parmesan. Add chicken slices and chestnut mushrooms to the tagliatelle and this pasta dish will surprise your guests!
Preparation
- Cook the tagliatelle al dente.
- Meanwhile fry the chicken breast in a little olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the chestnut mushrooms and garlic.
- Heat the cream, stir in the ERU Cheese Spread with Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the sauce through the tagliatelle.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
