Panini with melted goat’s cheese, bacon, carrot, thyme and honey
You make this panini with goat’s cheese, bacon, carrot, thyme and honey. A delicious combination of ingredients for colder days. Our spreadable goat’s cheese melts quickly on the grill, so you can serve your guests fast.
Preparation
- Slice open the petit pains lengthwise.
- Spread both sides of the petit pains with ERU Cheese Spread Chèvre.
- Scatter the thyme over ERU Cheese Spread Chèvre.
- Top the bottom half of the petit pains with the carrot.
- Arrange the bacon over the carrot.
- Drizzle the honey over and close the petit pains.
- Place the petit pain under the preheated grill until the bread is crispy and the carrot is cooked.
