Panini with melted goat’s cheese, bacon, carrot, thyme and honey

  • Slice open the petit pains lengthwise.
  • Spread both sides of the petit pains with ERU Cheese Spread Chèvre.

  • Top the bottom half of the petit pains with the carrot.
  • Arrange the bacon over the carrot.
  • Drizzle the honey over and close the petit pains.
  • Place the petit pain under the preheated grill until the bread is crispy and the carrot is cooked.
