Fusilli with creamy brie, broccoli and courgette
Add a mild, creamy brie sauce to this delicious fusilli dish with broccoli florets, diced courgette and fresh herbs. Offer this meal as a ready-made dish or serve it directly to your guests!
Preparation
- Cook the fusilli and drain.
- Heat a little olive oil in a big pan and fry the courgette and broccoli for around 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the cream and add ERU Cheese Spread Brie.
- Mix the fusilli with the ERU Cheese Spread Brie sauce.
- Add the vegetables to the pasta, mix well and garnish with fresh herbs.
