Crusty roll with blue cheese, green asparagus, pear and walnuts

This bread roll is filled with the classic combination of blue cheese, pear, asparagus and walnuts. The tangy flavour of blue cheese plays off wonderfully against the sweet slices of fresh pear.

Preparation

  • Cut the bread rolls lengthwise and spread them with ERU Cheese Spread Bleu.
  • Add layers of pear slices and green asparagus.
  • Garnish with walnuts.
