Baguette with goat’s cheese, smoked duck breast and onion chutney
A savoury roll with a slightly sweet touch for your menu: this baguette with melted goat’s cheese, thin slices of smoked duck breast and red onion chutney. This perfect flavour combination is guaranteed to surprise your guests.
Preparation
- Halve the baguette and spread both halves with ERU Cheese Spread Chèvre.
- Top with the lamb’s lettuce and then the duck breast.
- Finish with some red onion chutney.
- Place the other half on top and serve immediately.
