For our Parmesan cheese spread, we use Parmigiano Reggiano. This hard Italian cheese has ripened for at least 12 months, giving it its strong flavour. With our convenient ERU Cheese Spread with Parmesan, you can quickly give your dishes this strong flavour.
The characteristic flavour of the spread makes it a delicious basis for a sauce or topping to a dish. Our favourite: loaded fries topped with mushroom ragout and Parmesan cheese.
