Pasta salad with diced ham, red onion and celery

Ingredients

  • 100 grams ERU Balans Ham
  • 400 grams penne
  • 150 grams diced ham
  • 1 red onion
  • 80 grams celery
  • 100 ml single cream
  • 15 grams parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation| 20 min

  • Cook the penne according to the instructions found on the packaging.
  • Rinse in cold water to chill.
  • Finely chop the parsley.
  • Finely chop the red onion.
  • Finely slice the celery.

Method| 10 min

  • Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the diced ham over a low heat for 1 minute.
  • Add the single cream.
  • Add the ERU Balans Ham to the mixture while stirring.
  • Season with salt and pepper and leave the sauce to cool.
  • Divide the penne onto 4 deep plates.
  • Add the vegetables.
  • Pour over the ERU Balans Ham sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley.
